What happens if my card is declined?

Some international cards may be declined as a fraud-prevention measure because our card processing center is in the UK.

If your card is declined, in the first instance, please contact your card provider to ask them to authorize the transaction.

How many licenses should I buy?

Our licensing is per user, so you should buy one user license for each person who will use the software. Each user can install and activate .NET Reflector on multiple computers.

What’s the lifetime of a license?

When you purchase any edition of .NET Reflector you are entitled to all minor version upgrades. You are also entitled to any major version upgrade within the first 30 days of your order.

The version you purchase is yours to keep forever and will continue to work. You have no obligation to upgrade to future versions but it’s likely you’ll be offered a discount if you wish to.

How do I get support after I’ve purchased?

For technical enquiries or questions for the .NET Reflector team, you can get support through our forum. We encourage experienced users to help others by answering questions and sharing resources.

What if I forget my serial key?

Don’t worry, if you forget your serial key just contact us at info@reflector.net providing the email address you used to purchase.

How is the tool shipped?

.NET Reflector is shipped electronically; once you have your serial number (generated immediately upon purchase) and have downloaded .NET Reflector, you can get started.

Can I trial before I buy?

Sure, you can download a 30 day free trial.

Is tax included in the price?

No. If applicable, tax will be added during the checkout process at the current VAT rate.

Tax is shown as a separate line item on your invoice.

Do I have to pay tax?

If you are based outside the EU, you will not be charged any tax.

If you are an individual in the EU, you will be charged sales tax (VAT).

If your company is in the EU, and is VAT registered, please see below.

Do I have to pay tax? (EU companies)

If your company is in the UK, and is VAT registered, you will be charged tax. You can claim this tax back at the end of the year.

Companies from other EU Member States can enter a VAT number after completing the Company Name and Address fields in the checkout.

Are there any bulk discounts?

There are no bulk discounts on .NET Reflector Standard but we do offer bulk discounts on volume licenses of .NET Reflector VS and .NET Reflector VSPro.

There is a 25% discount for site licenses above 100 users, a 15% discount for purchasing more than 50 users and you’ll get a 10% discount for teams of 10 or above.

Are there any upgrade paths between the different editions?

Absolutely. If you purchase the Standard edition and wish to upgrade to VSPro you just need to pay us the difference.

There’s currently no way to do this online so please email us at info@reflector.net with your serial key and the edition you’d like to upgrade to. We’ll send you back an electronic quote.

I am a reseller how do I get a discount?

We do not offer any reseller discounts for .NET Reflector. You can still purchase serial keys for end users, however. Please use the checkout or contact us at info@reflector.net.
